Introduction

Welcome to Your Path to Healing and Growth

Whether you’ve had counselling before or this is your first time seeking professional support, I’m glad you’re reaching out. You might be troubled about the future or troubled from memories of the past. You could be having relationship difficulties, or you might just be looking for support while you try to make sense of the way you feel about yourself and your life. Perhaps you’re hoping to recover from bereavement, or you’re struggling to cope with daily anxiety. Pain, trauma, grief, distress are all real. They are messages to ourselves signalling that that we want to heal something in our lives. Perhaps we want to live differently, to thrive, to feel at peace and not live from a wounded part of ourselves.

About Counselling

Discover the Benefits of Counselling

Life often presents challenges that can feel overwhelming. Counselling offers a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, or life transitions, therapy can help you navigate these challenges with greater clarity and resilience.

Through counselling, we work collaboratively to uncover the root causes of your struggles, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and explore pathways to personal growth. Whether you’re seeking immediate relief or deeper insight, our sessions will be tailored to your unique needs, providing a safe environment to process, heal, and grow.

With an initial free consultation, you can take the first step toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. Counselling is not just about addressing difficulties—it’s about creating a space where you feel understood, valued, and supported on your journey toward self-discovery and well-being.

What to expect - Step by step

Make Contact

Starting your counselling journey begins by reaching out—whether by phone, email, or filling out a contact form. This initial step is simple and allows you to share some basic information or questions. It’s a way for you to start the conversation and explore whether this support could be right for you.

Arrange Your Sessions

After your initial contact, we’ll work together to set up your sessions, whether a one-time consultation or a regular schedule tailored to your needs. You can choose a frequency that feels manageable, whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, and a time that fits comfortably into your routine.

Begin Your Session

In your sessions, which can be in person or remote through telephone or the video platform Zoom, we’ll create a safe and focused space for you to talk openly. Each session is designed to support your goals, offering tools and insights to help you navigate your journey at a pace that suits you.
